This included commemorating the entire 1995-96 Bulls team, which included Jerry Krause, the general manager for those teams. However, during the celebration, fans booed Krause, causing his wife, Thelma, to cry. Commenting on the incident, Bulls broadcaster Stacey King called it the “worst thing” he had ever seen. Warriors coach Steve Kerr, a member of the ’95-96 Bulls, agreed with King’s sentiments, labeling the booing as “absolutely shameful.”
