Philadelphia secured the ninth spot on the list of best winter vacation spots. It performed exceptionally well in the “Attractions” and “Weather” categories, ranking seventh and sixth respectively.

Pittsburgh: An Honorable Mention

Pittsburgh received an honorable mention, securing the 13th place. It notably ranked fourth in terms of cheapest local costs.

Surprisingly, Atlanta, Georgia, topped the list. Its highest-ranking category was “Cold-Weather Activities”, in which it also secured the top spot.
