While she praised the 20-year-old nonbinary actress, Bella Ramsey, for embodying a modern type of womanhood, Foster wasn’t as generous with her remarks about other Gen Z professionals.

She expressed annoyance with their lackadaisical approach to work, stating, “They’re like, ‘Nah, I’m not feeling it today, I’m gonna come in at 10.30am.'” She also criticized their lack of attention to detail in written communication.

Interestingly, Foster began her career in showbiz at a young age, starting with Martin Scorsese‘s “Taxi Driver” at just 12 years old.

While Foster didn’t mention any specific names, her comments seemed to refer to experiences with Gen Z professionals she’s worked with. The message is clear: she expects more professionalism on set.
